Dr. Vikas Joshi’s article published by Your Story platform
Most people believe that entrepreneurial ventures are about using existing skills to run a successful business, rather than learning new things. New research in entrepreneurship shows that a growing start-up acts as the crucible for founder growth too. Many investors, board members, and key executives miss this insight, and write founders off citing lack of experience, only to be surprised later.
My article in YourStory on why entrepreneurship is not just about business growth, but personal growth too.
